- Handling customer queries o WebChat, E-mails and social media
- Provide customer and technical support
- Educate current and potential customers with product and service information
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the team leader and operations team
- Actively participate in team meetings.
Pay and Grade Pay: The monthly remuneration for the position of security analyst will be roughly Rs. 33,300, while the salary for the post of international chat support will be between Rs. 20,800 and Rs. 37,500.The notification includes more information regarding salary details.
