Location of Teleperformance Job (Work From Home/Office) Openings 2024 –

Candidates for the role of digital relationship executive will work from home, or if they choose to work in an office, they will be located in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Noida.

In addition to having a hybrid work style, candidates for the position of business development representative will work from home and in an office located in Gurugram. Bangalore will be the job location for the phone banking officer position and Chennai for the customer support executive post.

Relationship Management – To develop and strengthen customer relationships through effective relationship management in accordance with the business goals
Client Outreach – Manage the portfolio through client outreach and continuous monitoring of client relationship including product, portfolio and banking needs
Customer Service and Sales – Up selling, cross-selling, providing regular market information and updates to the customers.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay

The payable salary for the position of digital relationship executive is Rs. 18,000; for the position of customer support executive, it is between Rs. 12,000 and Rs. 16,000; and for the positions of business developer representative and phone banking officer, it is between Rs. 28,000 and Rs. 33,000 per month, roughly.The notification includes additional details regarding salary information.
